🔐 Generate App Password in Google Workspace

App Passwords allow you to sign in to your Google Workspace account securely on apps and devices that don’t support 2-Step Verification codes.

📝 Steps to Generate App Password

1. Sign in to your Google account at myaccount.google.com
2. Go to Security from the left-hand menu.
3. Ensure 2-Step Verification is enabled. (If not, enable it first)
4. Scroll down and click App passwords.
5. Sign in again if prompted.
6. Select the app (e.g., Mail) and device (e.g., Windows Computer), then click Generate.
7. Copy the 16-digit app password and use it in your application.
