Admin Console Policies

The Google Admin Console allows administrators to enforce organization-wide settings and apply fine-grained controls across users, devices, apps, and data. Setting effective policies ensures your domain remains secure, compliant, and productive.

🛠️ How to Apply Policies

  1. Log in to admin.google.com with Super Admin privileges.
  2. Navigate to the appropriate section: e.g., Apps, Security, Devices, or Users.
  3. Select the Organizational Unit (OU) or Group you want to apply the policy to.
  4. Adjust settings such as 2-Step Verification, external sharing, or device access.
  5. Click Save to enforce the policy immediately or schedule changes if supported.
