📱 Set Up Microsoft 365 Mail on Mobile

Follow this guide to quickly configure your Microsoft 365 email on Android or iPhone using the Outlook app.

✅ Requirements

• Active Microsoft 365 mailbox
• Installed Outlook app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Download Microsoft Outlook App

• For Android: Go to Google Play Store
• For iPhone: Go to Apple App Store

Step 2: Open Outlook and Tap "Add Account"

Open the app and enter your Microsoft 365 email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com). Tap Continue.

Step 3: Sign In

You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft login page. Enter your password and complete MFA if prompted.

Step 4: Finish Setup

Once login is successful, tap Done. Your inbox will start syncing immediately.

📌 Notes

• If you’re already using the app, go to Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
• Push notifications must be enabled for real-time mail alerts
